A precious moment to breathe and reconnect with yourself, through meditation, creation and the joy of expressing yourself.

Each session begins with a quiet time to release tension and find your inner balance, around a theme that resonates with you at the time. Then, it's time for intuitive creative exploration: painting, writing, or spontaneous strokes, to let what lives within you emerge. Without trying to "do well," you give color and shape to your inner world, letting your subconscious speak. This interlude allows you to leave feeling lighter and more peaceful for the rest of the week, while cultivating new energy, stimulating your creativity, and offering you a space just for you. Each workshop is born a small, inspiring work. Over the course of the sessions, you build a true personal notebook, a sensitive reflection of your journey.

And for those who wish: you can select your favorites from all your creations to give them a second life, printed on the garment of your choice — dress, shirt, bathrobe, pajamas… (plan for an additional cost of €30 to €60). The journey ends in joy with a festive parade, where everyone celebrates their personal expression with pride and lightness.
