European Heritage Days - Guided tour of the Keep

Immerse yourself on Saturday, September 19th from 10am to 11am in the unique history of the Donjon de Houdan, an imposing medieval tower from the 12th century built by the Counts of Montfort.

During a visit, you will discover an emblematic monument of the town of Houdan which has evolved over the centuries (prison, water tower, warehouse, exhibition hall...).

Four levels will be visible: the lower hall, the Montfort hall, the vat and the panoramic terrace offering an exceptional view of the city and its surroundings.
