Presentation

La Ferme de Saint Corentin, located on the heights of Rosay, welcomes you for a direct sale of cheeses and yogurts made from milk from Jersey cows.

Giving up everything to open a cheese factory was the bet of Fanny and Michaël who decided to change their way of life. They put an end to their Parisian routine to open their cheese factory in the small town of Rosay, near Mantes-la-Jolie in Yvelines.

Saint-Corentin, a soft cow's milk cheese, is now the new culinary emblem of Rosay! For their dairy products, they chose the Jersiaise, a breed of Anglo-Norman cow, renowned for its milk “very rich in protein”. In addition to Saint-Corentin, Michaël's specialty, you can also find yogurt, fresh cream, butter, etc. from their dairy production at the farm shop.
