Presentation

Sophie Irvin exhibits on the theme of the animal cause by associating a technique with each element: pyrography for Fire, pastel for Air, watercolor for Water and coffee for Earth, all to draw our attention to wildlife exceptional.

Artist based in Maulette, Sophie Irvin is passionate about drawing, painting and writing. The protection of wildlife is also a great cause which he considers essential. After working in the world of fantastic creatures, she is now involved in a universe that inspires her more: nature and the animals that populate our beautiful planet. Sophie is exhibiting for the third time at the Pays Houdanais Tourist Office, still on the theme of the animal cause, but this time, she combines a technique with each element: pyrography on wood for Fire, pastel for Air , watercolor for Water and coffee for the Earth. One of its motivations is also to discover little-known species and to raise awareness and motivate visitors to act for this cause. Moreover, part of the sales will be donated to the Zoo-Refuge, La Tanière.
After a first exhibition associating the cycles of the moon with endangered animals, then a second associating them with the different elements (Water, Earth, Air, Fire), this new exhibition, just as engaged, with warm colors, will once again attract your attention to the wildlife that populates our planet, in a moving and inspiring way.
Sophie Irvin hopes to see you at her opening on Saturday May 4 in the premises of the Tourist Office from 15 p.m. to 18 p.m.
