Located in the Vaucouleurs Valley, in Yvelines, the Villette Fish Farm has been established since 1896 around a water mill whose origins date back to the XNUMXth century. La Pisciculture de Villette is one of the oldest whitewater farms in France. The activity has remained artisanal, keeping as its main objective the maintenance of quality production, respectful of the environment and of traditional gastronomy. The fish farm welcomes its visitors all year round in an exceptional, calm and green setting.
Come and discover its local products: smoked salmon, smoked trout, fish terrines and rillettes... but also fishing ponds for children, a trout fishing pond, magnificent Japanese koi carp for your ponds and the ecomuseum of the 16th century water mill.
