A poultry producer, Ferme du Loup Blanc also manufactures processed products such as poultry sausages or various terrines and rillettes.

La Ferme du Loup blanc was built by Maxime Almeida's grandfather in 1974. He raised pheasants and partridges there for hunter releases and passed on his know-how and passion to his grandson. It was therefore quite natural that Maxime took over the reins of the family business. He shaped the farm in the image of his convictions. Respect for living things and the earth being at the heart of its project. Thus, thanks to the small size of his farm, he quickly transformed it into an organic chicken farm.
