The family farm “Ferme des Quatre Vents” grows cereals of all kinds: wheat, barley, corn and rapeseed. Soft wheat is used in the manufacture of semi-wholemeal macaroni, fusilli, conchiglie and shell pasta.

Durum wheat semolina is mixed with water in the pasta machine. The homogeneous dough obtained is then put under pressure in a mold, giving the desired shape, before being dried at low temperature, to preserve the benefits and preserve the pasta for a long time. These products have a high level of fiber, vitamins and minerals, which makes the pasta excellent both for health and taste quality.
