Hazelnut Hunt: Pirouette at the Olympic Games

The treasure hunt of the Pays Houdanais Tourist Office returns for a new edition on June 02 in the communes of Houdan and Maulette! Chasse Noisettes is displayed this year in the colors of the Olympic Games to stick to current events and make you experience a giant treasure hunt. Between tests, riddles and questions around sport but also local heritage, the day will pass at breakneck speed!

“Chasse Noisettes”, is a treasure hunt mainly on foot which immerses participants in search of the famous “giant hazelnut trophy”!

All day long, teams will redouble their efforts to successfully complete the tests and puzzles that will come their way, in order to collect as many points as possible. Their score will allow them to locate more or less quickly the trophy sought by our mascot “Pirouette”!

The treasure hunt is not a sporting event and is suitable for families.

Each team will leave with more or less important rewards depending on the final ranking!

To participate, you must form a team (3 people minimum) and register beforehand. Friday May 31 (12:30 p.m.). Additional information will be communicated following registration.

How the day went

9:00 a.m.: coffee reception and presentation of the progress of the game (Ferme Deschamps),
9:30 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.: First course – lunch break – second course
17 p.m. – 17:30 p.m.: End of the game and prize delivery

Please note: places are refundable, 7 days before the date of the event. Less than 7 days, cancellation is non-refundable.

Participation in this event is paid:

16€/per adult,
12€ for children over 10 years old
Free for children under 10.

THEregistration is required via the HelloAsso ticket office or directly at the Tourist Office (payment before the event).

At the end of the day and depending on the final ranking, each team will leave with numerous prizes! Entrances to places of culture, local products, board games, goodies or even places for experiences more or less close to the Pays Houdanais... There will be something for everyone, young and old!
